Year 9 Gangs Awareness with Essex Fire & Rescue

This session will help students understand the risks associated with gang involvement and the impact that criminal activity can have on their lives and future opportunities. Students will learn how gangs operate, the recruitment techniques they use to target young people, and the serious consequences of becoming involved in gang-related activity. The session will also explore the meaning and implications of Joint Enterprise and provide information about the support available for young people who may be at risk of exploitation. The aim is to raise awareness, promote informed decision-making, and help students stay safe and make positive choices.
