Student Leadership Team

At Notley High School and Sixth Form, the Student Leadership Team plays a vital role in fostering a positive, inclusive and proactive school culture. Led by our Head Students Olivia J and Lola N-W and supported by Student Leaders Sechil H, Hannah W and Olivia H across a range of key areas, the team embodies the school's HEART values: High Expectations, Effort, Active Listening & Learning, Respect and Teamwork. Together, they work to ensure that students have opportunities to contribute to school life, develop leadership skills and make a meaningful difference within the school community.
The Student Leadership Team is made up of three dedicated groups: the Charity Events Team, the Student Voice Team, and the Events Team. Each group has an important role in representing the student body and enriching the experiences of students across the school.
The Charity Events Team Sechil H, Grace S, Lyla M and Charlotte E lead fundraising initiatives and awareness campaigns, bringing students together to support local and national causes. Through creative events and charitable activities, they help foster empathy, social responsibility and community engagement.
The Student Voice Team Hannah W, Joshua R, Kezia A and Khairah A act as a bridge between students and staff, gathering feedback, sharing ideas and ensuring that student perspectives help shape school improvement. By listening to their peers and representing their views, they promote a culture where every student feels heard and valued.
The Events Team Olivia H, Daisy G, Amelia S and Annabel B help to plan and organise a range of school activities and celebrations throughout the year. From community events and enrichment opportunities to seasonal activities and school-wide initiatives, they work to create memorable experiences that strengthen the sense of belonging within the school community.
Our Student Leaders are exemplary role models who demonstrate integrity, commitment and kindness in all that they do. Through their leadership, they encourage younger students to get involved, take responsibility and contribute positively to school life. Their dedication helps create a welcoming, respectful and ambitious environment where all students can thrive.
