Year 9 Healthy Relationships with Essex Fire and Rescue

This session will help students develop a better understanding of healthy and unhealthy relationships and the importance of respect, consent and personal boundaries. Students will learn about the risks of exploitation, including child sexual exploitation and online exploitation, explore the implications of sexting, and gain awareness of domestic abuse and the cycle of abuse. The session will also provide information on the support services and helplines available, empowering students to recognise concerns, seek help when needed, and make safe and informed choices in their relationships and online interactions.
